    Debbie is an accomplished accounting professional with a robust career spanning over 18 years in public accounting and an additional decade in the private sector. Her roles have ranged from Accounting Manager to Controller, showcasing her versatility and depth of expertise in the field. Three years ago, Debbie returned to public accounting, where she is currently advancing her professional credentials by working toward obtaining her Enrolled Agent (EA) certification.

    Debbie's academic journey began at Kent State University, where she earned an Associate’s degree. Demonstrating remarkable dedication, she continued her education while working full-time and raising a family, ultimately earning both her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from the University of Phoenix (Cleveland Branch), with her Master’s degree completed in 2013.

    A dedicated professional, Debbie is passionate about working with business clients, providing comprehensive financial services that encompass bookkeeping and both corporate and personal tax preparation. Her broad expertise enables her to manage all aspects of her clients' financial needs, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.

    Outside of her professional life, Debbie is married and a proud mother of three children and grandmother to three grandchildren. She cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends, enjoying activities such as swimming, camping, and exploring the outdoors. A self-proclaimed foodie, Debbie delights in discovering and sharing new culinary experiences, adding a flavorful dimension to her vibrant life.

His career commenced at prestigious firms such as Cohen and Co. and Hauser + Taylor, where he honed his skills and gained invaluable insights into the intricacies of accounting and finance. His dedication and commitment to excellence led him to obtain his CPA license in 2006, marking a significant milestone in his professional journey.

    A proud alumnus of Kent State University, Michael's academic foundation laid the groundwork for his successful career. His education equipped him with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the competitive field of accounting. In 2006, Michael took a bold step by founding Michael Dolezal & Co., a firm dedicated to providing exceptional accounting and business valuation services. His vision was to create a company that not only meets the financial needs of its clients but also helps them thrive in their respective industries.

    Michael's experience extends beyond traditional accounting. He has worked with a Real Estate Equity firm, gaining hands-on experience in direct real estate investments. In 2007, he further expanded his expertise by obtaining his Ohio real estate license, allowing him to offer even more comprehensive services to his clients in the real estate sector. Michael is passionate about working with clients, solving complex problems, and helping them achieve success in their businesses. His approach is characterized by a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive results.

    Outside of his professional life, Michael enjoys spending quality time with his children and indulging in his passion for classic cars.     Alicia Lazzaro is a seasoned professional with over 20 years of experience in accounting and management, including 13 years dedicated to public accounting. Her extensive career has seen her take on responsibilities across all aspects of accounting, budgeting, and tax, showcasing her comprehensive expertise in the field.

    Originally from the Cleveland, Ohio area, Alicia moved to Chicago to pursue her education at Northeastern Illinois University, where she earned her Bachelor of Accounting in May 2000. During her college years, she demonstrated her strong work ethic by working full-time as a General Manager at a high-end special event facility. Her dedication and commitment to her profession were further evidenced when she successfully passed the CPA exam in 2002.

    Alicia's career journey took her to Sarasota, Florida, where she began her public accounting career at a local CPA firm, gaining valuable experience over five years. She then returned to Ohio, where she ventured into entrepreneurship by starting and managing a trucking business for five years before selling it. Her passion for accounting led her back to public accounting, where she has excelled as an Accounting Manager for over eight years.
